An extraordinary machine, so of course we named it ‘the ordinary’.

The newest old horse in the stable.  Randonneur bikes were born of the Concours de Machines competitions that stressed technology, light weight, reliability and self-sustainability. CdM rules required cycles be practical - fendered, have generator lights, carry pumps, and be durable and light enough to withstand the competition’s long rigorous mixed surface racing trials.
